Researcher / Postdoctoral positions for Systems Biology available

 

Research positions are now available at SORST Kitano Symbiotic Systems Project, Japan Science and Technology Corporation, which is a special corporation under the Science and Technology Agency.

We solicit applications for researcher and postdoctoral fellow position who are interested in systems biology research. Specific topics, includes but not limited to:

(1) software platform for systems biology (SBML/SBW)
(2) biological robustness
(3) comprehensive measurements, modeling, and analysis of yeast
(4) systems biology of cancer
(5) development of high-throughput experimental robotic system

An exciting part of the project is the opportunity to work closely with between computer scientists and experimentalists, Our project offers a unique setting for this type of integrated multi disciplinary research.

The ideal candidate will have a strong research background in molecular biology, bioinformatics, computer science, or related field.

We solicit applications for postdoctoral fellow position who are interested in systems biology research. Specific topics, includes but not limited to:

Applicants who wish to work on theoretical study should have a strong research background in bifurcation theory, and control theory.
